Hi,

I’m sending a new reply to this e-mail, since I haven’t heard anything back from
the Complaints Manager.
I know I’ve been sending a lot of updates, and I think that this maybe can be reason
for me not having got an answer yet, since there have been new documents recieved,
more or less, all the time.
But I was thinking about this just now, when I thought I’d send a new update, that it
would maybe have been an advantage, for the overviewability of the complaint-process,
if I was given some more information about the next stages in the process.
So that’s why I’m writing this e-mail now.

I’ll also send a new update now, regarding that I haven’t got any information regarding
what’s going on, even if it’s clear to me that there is something going on. (See the
other file’s I’ve sent).

The new update is in Norwegian, but I send it anyway, just for the sake of formality,
since I’ve been sending you both updates in Norwegian and English from before,
and I haven’t been told that you don’t want updates that are in Norwegian.
So I hope that this is alright, and please just contact me if there is something
more you want me to explain about!

Yours sincerely,
Erik Ribsskog
