that's no problem.
I'm just going to wait ten years until you change your name again.
(My grandfather told me in the 80's that these police-complaint-organisations (the one in Norway) was just some Swedish non-sense.
The complaints should follow 'ordre-veien' my grandfather said).
And then (in ten years time) you're just going to send my emails to the same Laura-woman who never does her job.
(She has married (and changed her last-name from Baileys to Turner) since 2011, it seems.
So it's not only IPCC who has changed it's name.
It seems).
You should serve the citizens and send it to the General (it says on your website her name is Rachel Watson) I think.
This I have to complain about.

Also, I think organisations like this.
They shouldn't be put in small places/'holes' (that noone has heard about) like Sale (which doesn't sound like a place-name at all).
They should rather be placed in big cities like London or Edinburg.

All complaints against the IOPC and its staff are delegated by the Director General to the Complaints and Feedback team, and handled in in line with the Complaints and Feedback policy.
I regret therefore that this matter will not be referred to the Director General as you request, and the only further option available to you, as advised, is for a review of your complaint decision by the Quality and Service Improvement team.

jeg har prøvd det sim-kortet deres i to mobiler.
Og det er det samme som forrige gang jeg prøvde å bytte til dere (og forrige gang der igjen) at dere har sendt meg noen sim-kort som ikke virker.
Det er ei som heter Frida hos dere, som pleier å tulle med meg.
For et par år siden så skulle jeg portere fra Telia til Talkmore, mens jeg var i Kiel.
Og da jeg kom hjem fra Kiel, så hadde Talkmore brutt avtalen (hu nevnte Frida, fikk mensen, eller hva man skal si, så hu må være gal (eller noe lignende) kan det virke som).
Så jeg måtte bytte til PlussMobil istedet.
Men nå har de begynt å tulle, med data.
De plusser plutselig 25 GB osv., nå og da.
(Kan det virke som).
Og da jeg var i Køben (med DFDS) i fjor, så plussa de plutselig på 200 GB.
(Selv om jeg var på ferja.
Og hadde skrudd av sim-kortet).
Men jeg har bare fortsatt å bruke Pluss Mobi også i mars-måned (og april-måned).
For 'dritten' deres virker dessverre ikke.
Så dette må jeg klage på.

It doesn't seem that you understand the context to do with this.
Around 2011 your 'dead uncle' IPCC (the organisation that you have replaced) did exactly the same thing.
Around then, the situation was, that internet-trolls were using my identity, in such a way, that my e-mail-account was spammed/bombed, with hundreds/thousands of emails.
And I reported this to the police (first in Liverpool, and then in Sunderland, when I moved there, in the automn/fall of 2011).
And then a woman at IPCC (Laura Bailey) said the same thing.
They were also lazy, and didn't want to do their job.
(I wanted complain to IPCC about, that the Merseyside and Northumbria Police didn't want investigate, and tell me who the internett-trolls were).
They (Laura Bailey) told me that I had to send the complaints by post.
But there were hundreds of cases.
And I was unemployed at the time.
So if I had to buy 100 stamps a month (and envelopes etc.) then I wouldn't have had money for food.
(I lived at Azalea Lodge in Sunderland (long story) and there one had to pay like £40 each forthnight, for food.
But I didn't want to socialise with the other people living there (the food was served at specific times, and like 20 people were seated around a table, like a big family.
And these people where people that were on probation, it seemed (from a letter (belonging to the earlier tenant) that hadn't been cleaned, on the room I got there).
So I spent like £40 pound on food, from Tesco etc. as well.
So I had to pay double for food, since I didn't want to eat with the criminals.
And the African landlady didn't want to make an exception.
I had to pay for her dinners etc., even if I never ate any of her food (due to that I bought my own food, every day, at Tesco etc.)).
So this was moronic, I think.
It was like the IPCC where dum and lazy.
And that didn't want to fight the criminals (or the Police who didn't do their job).
And also, I asked for this case to be sent to the Managing Director (for IPCC, or IOPC like your name seems to be now).
But this is not an email from the Managing Director.
This is from the Contact Centre.
So this I have complain about.
You are supposed to have a Director General, it says on Gov.uk (when I search on Google).
This was a person by the name Michael Lookwood (it says on Gov.uk) in 2017/2018.
Also due to the 'idiot-woman' in IPCC, then it wasn't a happy ending for me, in the UK.
The trolling got worse and worse.
The troll started sending e-mails in my name, to Aintree-jobcenter-woman Sarah Bamber.
And she never understood (even if the trolls sent perhaps a hundred emails) that these emails weren't sent by me.
Every time she called the Merseyside Police (I moved back to Liverpool in 2012).
And every time they came on my door (perhaps a hundred times, in 2013 and 2014).
And the sometimes crushed my front-door (so in the end it almost couldn't be called a door, because it was almost completely distroyed, and looked like it was going to go into pieces, any moment).
And they arrested me around ten times.
And at the same time, the Jobcenter stopped my allowance.
So I had to go on the streets, and look for coins.
So that I could buy a pack of spaghetti, at Asda, every day.
(I almost became a wreck because of this.
That I didn't get proper food etc.
I was in my 40's so I wasn't a teenager any longer).
And due to that the IPCC didn't want to do their job.
Then noone stopped the Merseyside Police (I have to say they were like gorillas) from harassing me, every day, for like a hundred days or so, due to the troll sending emails, using my identity.
And also my law-firm (Linskills) didn't understand this crime (spoofing/swatting) that I was the victim of.
They asked me for advice (since I had studied IT in Norway and at University of Sunderland).
And the courts (Liverpool Magistrates Court and Liverpool Crown Court) gave me hell.
And the Linskill-woman gave me poor advice.
So I ended up getting a punishment (it was murder of justice) even if I was also a victim in this (but they only felt sorry for Sarah Bamber, and they didn't understand that it was an internet-troll that was the real criminal).
And in the end I had to run back to Norway (in 2014 and again in 2017) to get away from the idiot lawyers, the idiot police-officers and the idiot-judges.
So this I have to complain about.
Please send this to your General-director now (for a second opinion).

Hi,
I’m a refugee from Norway, after I overheard I was followed by the ‘mafian’, in Oslo, in 2003.
Now the IPCC don’t want to reply to my e-mails.
They only give dispentions anyway, and let the Police call me ‘Miss’, etc.
I get hundeds of spoofing e-mails each day, and the Police don’t reply.
The IPCC don’t understand, and think it’s only one e-mail, and ignore that the Police don’t reply to me at all.
And when I send them copies of all the mails, then they say I send to many e-mails.
I don’t think the IPCC are fine.
They let the Police in the UK use illigal stun-guns when they murdered the mate of footballer Gazza, I saw in the news.
That they would have never let the Police get away with in the Norway I know.

The IPCC has received a number of emails from you, over 80 have been received in recent weeks in relation to people using your details on websites, this goes against my request to you to only send information that relates to complaints against the police that have not previously been considered.

Dette er ikke noe jeg har bestilt.
Det er noen nett-troll, som bestiller masse 'dritt', mitt navn (eller i tulle-versjoner av mitt navn) fra firmaer med dårlige rutiner.
(Som jeg har informert blant annet Datatilsynet om.
I hundrevis av mailer, i mange år nå).
Så det er nok de som har slått til igjen.
(Hvis jeg skulle tippe).
Jeg ønsker å vite navnet, på det nett-trollet, som har bestilt/skrevet dette, i mitt navn.
Og jeg ønsker å bli informert angående, hva dere akter å foreta dere, for å hindre at noe lignende skjer igjen.

Som jeg har tidligere nevnt, så bodde jeg i England, fra 2004 til 2014 (blant annet).
Og britene har noe lignende.
Men de nøyer seg med mail-adresse.
(Sånn som jeg husker det).
Myndighetene der, ber ikke om mobil-nummer.
(Sånn som jeg husker det).
Mobil-nummer kan visst staten bruke, til å peile folk, å finne ut hvor de er, osv.
Så dette strider mot Orwell sin lærdom (og det med personvern, som mange nordmenn har lært om i forbindelse med sin utdannelse) må man vel si.
Så det må jeg klage på.
Og det er på toppen av at mange har Telenor (det tidligere Televerket, som var en del av staten) som mobil-operatør (enten direkte, eller via Talkmore, for eksempel, som også er eiet av Telenor).
Så da kan man jo finne ut alt om folk.
Så dette (at staten skal ha folks mobil-nummer) de strider mot det Orwell 'prekte' om, i sin tid (vil jeg si).
(Dette var tema i en bok/film som het '1984' blant annet.
Husker jeg).
Og jeg synes også, at det er en ting, at man får brev fra staten, i posten.
Men dette med internett, var i 'førsten' mer en sosial greie.
(Sånn som jeg husker det).
En kamerat (Magne Winnem, som jeg var forlover for i 1993) dro meg med, til BI sin datasal, på Schous Plass, våren 1996.
(Var det vel).
Og da var det sånn, at BI sitt 'orakel', hadde lagt inn masse web-chat-tjenester, fra start-siden (som kom opp, når man skrudde på PC-ene).
Så at staten 'plutselig' skal sende folk mailer.
Det bryter litt med internett sin 'sjel'/'spirit'.
(Må man vel si).
Man blir nesten som en statsansatt, 24/7 365, når man hele tida, får sånne mailer, fra myndighetene, på gmail, osv.
(Eller enda verre (eller ihvertfall like ille) at mobilen ringer.
Og så er det myndighetene/staten, i den andre enden.
For å si det sånn).
Jeg tror det er bedre, at folk får sånt i postkassa (som i gamle dager).
Da slipper man å være som statsansatte, hele tida.
Det holder, at man får ting fra myndighetene osv. (som man kan bli forbranna over) noen få ganger i uka, vil jeg si.
Så dette tror jeg er dumt, at dere skal ha folks mail-adresse og mobil-nummer.
Dere kan godt ha løsninger på internett, uten å forlange denne 'Stasi-informasjonen' fra folk.

Mens jeg bodde i England (hvor jeg bodde fra 2004 til 2014) så har noen i Norge bestemt at vi skal ha et slags folkeregister #2, virker det som.
Og nå skulle jeg søke om slektsforsker-tilgang til Nasjonalbiblioteket.
Og så ble jeg istedet sendt til folkeregister #2 (ID-porten).
Og der står det, at mitt mobilnummer, er registrert på andre.
Hva f*en skal det bety?
Har det stokka seg helt for den 'Stasi-dritten' deres nå.
