Hi,

thank you very much for your answer!

I was just wondering, shouldn't I be allowed, to view the DMCA-complaint, before

I send a DMCA Counter Notice?

I've recieved a link, for the complaint, but I can't get the link there to work, and

Blogger aren't answering the e-mails regarding this.

I'll enclose the e-mail with the link, with this e-mail, just to explain.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

Here is a copy of the mentioned e-mail:

Hello Erik,

We apologize for the mix up. Blogger has been notified, according to the
terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that some of your
images allegedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. The URLs of the

allegedly infringing images may be found at the end of this message.

The notice that we received, with any personally identifying information
removed, may be found at the following link:
http://www.chillingeffects.org/notice.cgi?sID=4463

Please note that it may take several weeks for the notice to be posted on
the above page.

The DMCA is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for
online service provider liability in case of copyright infringement. We

are in the process of removing from our servers the images that allegedly
infringe upon the copyrights of others. If we did not do so, we would be
subject to a claim of copyright infringement, regardless of its merits.

See http://www.educause.edu/Browse/645?PARENT_ID=254 for more information
about the DMCA, and see http://www.google.com/dmca.html for the process

that Blogger requires in order to make a DMCA complaint.

Blogger can reinstate these images upon receipt of a counter notification
pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and 3) of the DMCA. For more information
about the requirements of a counter notification and a link to a sample

counter notification, see http://www.google.com/dmca.html#counter.

Please note that repeated violations to our Terms of Service may result in
further remedial action taken against your Blogger account. If you have

legal questions about this notification, you should retain your own legal
counsel. If you have any other questions about this notification, please
let us know.

Sincerely,
The Blogger Team

Hi,

thank you for your e-mail.

I was wondering if there has been a misunderstanding somewhere, because I

have not
sent any 'infringement complaint' regarding any of the mentioned URL's.

I was just wondering if there had a mix-up or a misunderstanding
somewhere.

So I hope very much that you have the time to have a look at this.

Thanks in advance!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

I've tried to contact Blogger by e-mail to their support, regarding that I
wanted
to see the file containing the DMCA-complaint, etc.

But Blogger aren't answering my e-mails.

Ang Google aren't answering my letter, complaining on that Blogger aren't
answering my e-mails.

So I was wondering, who I should contact, regarding these issues.

Like someone at management-level at Blogger and/or Google.

Hope I managed to explain this a bit better now, sorry if I'm not that
good
at explaining.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
