Dear

Mr Ribsskog

Thank

you for your email of 9 December about your IPCC complaint.

As

we have advised you in previous letters the IPCC

is an independent body and therefore, if you are not satisfied with

their investigation, you will need to seek independent legal advice,

as its decisions can not be overturned other than through the courts.

The

Home Office and its Ministers are not able to act as an avenue of

appeal, and have no power to influence or intervene in any

investigations or decisions made by the IPCC.

If

you are not happy with the level of service you have received from

the IPCC you may wish to follow their complaints procedure which can

be found on their website at:

http://www.ipcc.gov.uk/index/contact-us.htm.

Yours

sincerely

Lucy
