I have a two year university-level degree in IT, from Oslo University College, so I have good general IT-skills.

I've also been working with customer support, for more than 10 years, as a shop manager, in Norway, so I know how important it is, with customer-support.

I've also been working on behalf of Microsoft, here in the UK, activating Windows and Office, on behalf of Microsoft-customers in Scandinavia, so I'm also used with working in the UK.
