Thank you for your email dated 11 January 2010.
Since the flight in question took place in February 2005, we once more
wish to enlighten that the incident is not replicable for us at this point
of time.
We wish to state that guests on board of Lufthansa flights generally
receive mandatory documents if these have to be dispensed on routes to
certain destinations. We truly regret should you not have received an
appropriate form on your flight, anyhow, we anew point out that it is for
the main part the traveller’s own responsibility to ensure that he is
holding all necessary documents when entering the country of destination.
Dear Mr Ribsskog, since your writing does not contain new aspects in this
matter and the travel date is years ago, please understand that we regard
the file as closed from our side and thus will not comment on this issue
again in future.
