Hi,

ok, but it's saying that payment will be taken directly from my credit card.
And I got a new e-mail about this today.
It really makes no sense, because it says, in the e-mail I received today:

'Payment will be taken automatically on 18/10/2009 from your credit card on record with us.'.

Are you pulling my leg a bit here, since 2009 was last year.

What's this supposed to mean really.

How can you have an invoice-system like this?

It doesn't say it's for the domain-name johncons.com, it says it's for a quarter of web hosting: 'Business Quarterly – johncons.com (18/10/2009 – 17/01/2010) £13.47 GBP'.

What's the point in sending people non-sense like this?

How can you ask me to ignore this, when it says payment will be taken automatically from my credit card?

What kind of business-manners are these?

I've gone to business upper secondary school, in Norway, for three years, so I think I have to react on things like this, since it's not up to the standards in customer service, I think, that we learned about at business school.

Best Regards,
