Hi,

I think I'm being very unfairly punished by the Jobcentre, by losing my Jobseekers Allowance.

I don't really know how complain eighter, because this case is a mess.

I went to the Jobcentre, on a sign-on meeting, on Thursday 26. august.

And was informed of a sanction, on my Jobseekers Allowance, which was un-fairly put on me I think.
I went to the meeting, in co-operation with the Jobcentre, to Sencia Pall Mall.

And when I was told, that the meeting was at another address, I imidiately called Sencia, who told me to contact the Jobcentre, for a new appointment, which I did the same day.

So that you punish me for this, is evil of you, I think.

This is like you are part of a conspiracy against me, I think I have to say.
And I've already sent a complaint, to this e-mail address, last week.
And in your letter, that I received today, I'm told to use a special form, if I want to complain.

So this case is just a mess now, I think.
How can you send the letter after the sign-on meeting where they told about the sanction?
How can you make a mess out of a case like this, when this is about money I'm depending on, to pay my bills and to pay my food?

This is pure evil by you at the Jobcentre, I think.
I was told by a clerk at the Jobcentre, that I would get Jobseekers Allowance, untill I found a job.
And now you tell me that I can't get this, after that you had an un-fair case against me, I think.

And after making a mess out of the complaint process as well.
This makes me angry and frustrated, that you can mess with peoples money like this.
Do you want me to rob a bank?

What's the meaning of this?

Please tell me that this is a joke from you, or a bad dream, or something by Kafka.
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog
