| Go with the turkey over the lasagna, says Brooke Schantz, R.D., outpatient dietitian at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Ill.
The lasagna probably contains beef and cheese, which add extra fat. Although the gravy does add fat to the turkey, using it sparingly makes this traditional holiday dish a bit healthier.
