    thank you for your second phone-call today, where you told me to call the Council night-noise-team, on 0151 233 3001, Thursday to Sunday.
    And invite them into my flat, to listen to the G-bar noise.

    I'm being followed by the 'mafian', in Norway, (I've overheard, in 2003 and 2004).
    That's why I moved to the UK.
    And also by the Order of St. John, it seems, (who I have in my extended family, I found in a newspaper archive in Norway, a couple years ago).

    So I would have wanted the formalities to be in order.
    As a business-man, (I went to business Upper Secondary School), it seems to me, that when I send something to you, in writing, (the form about the G-bar-noise).

    Then you should send me back something in writing.
    Where are the formalities here?

    Could you also remind you Council-college, the Disrepair Inspector, if he could send something in writing, as well, following his visit here.

    This is the Western Liverpool City Council and not some Eastern mafia, isn't it?
    Just to joke a bit. 🙂

    Hi,

    I live in Liverpool.
    I'm unemployed.
    My Landlord threaten to throw me out.
    I've overheard in Norway that I'm followed by the 'mafian', and/or the Order of St. John.

    I don't get my degree from Univeristy of Sunderland.
    I've sent about my employment-case and inheritance-case to the Alumni, but you haven't replied.
    I also haven't got the result of my language-test, and other tests I had when I studied at the University of Sunderland.

    (I was a study abroad-student and a Bachelor of Science Computing, third year-student.
    I had to interrupt my studies since I didn't get my loan on time, from the study-loan bank, (Lånekassa), in Norway.

    So I couldn't focus for several reasons.
    Yet, the lecturors, on the Study Abroad-induction, talked about me behind my back, about why I wanted to study with the University, when I was so skilled, (they looked at my grades from two University Colleges in Norway).

    The answer of course was that I wanted to get a formal Bachelor-degree, but I lost a bit of my motivation, being talked about like this.
    Also I didn't get my study loan, and my sister and her young son and her friend and her young son, came to visit me, in Sunderland, for Christmas and New Year 2004/2005.

    And the young children wanted to use my computer all the time, (they weren't really activated by their mothers), so I didn't get to do much work on my Final Year Project-module.
    Later I've thought my sister is perhaps in this order, of St. John, and sabotaged my studies.

    I have read in a newspaper-archive, in Norway, that my fathers stepdaugters half-brother, is in that order.
    And someone have tried to distroy my life, almost all my life, so I wonder if it is that order.

    Would have been fine if the Alumni could help.
    I registered with you, since I was a Study Abroad-student, and have graduated from my Home University in Norway, after I studied in Sunderland, (a Norwegian two year university-level degree, called Høgskolekandidat).

    Hei,

    i 2007 eller 2008, så fikk jeg en avtale, over telefonen, med en politidame, hos Politiet i Drammen, om at jeg kunne sende anmeldelser, her fra England, pr. epost.
    Vilkåret var at jeg skrev en såkalt påtalebegjering, i e-posten.

    Senere har jeg hatt problem med, at politiet har nektet å holde seg til denne avtalen, og ikke vil motta anmeldelser fra England pr. e-post.
    Politiet sender ikke engang svare på hver e-post.

    (Grunnen til at jeg sender så mange e-poster er at jeg blir forfulgt av Johanitterordenen, eller noe, og derfor blir utsatt for en hat-kampanje, og behov for å anmelde mye).
    Hvordan skal jeg gå fram, for å få politiet, til å overholde avtalen sin?

    you see, my local Citizens Advice Bureau, have been messing with me, in a complaint I've escalated to Mr. David Harker, who now don't reply.
    But I've read up on the internet, and I see that my Landlord need to have a 'possesing order', from the County Court, to throw me out.

    But I'm sending a copy of this e-mail to Mr. David Harker, the CAB Chief Executive, and hope that he can please help.

    I'm really a refugee from Norway.

    I owe them some arrears, but they haven't done things like fixing the

    boiler, for one to two years.

    Now, I've agreed that the Council sends them the Housing Benefit

    directly.

    Still they want to throw me out.

    How do I freeze this, and have a court-case, where it's decided who

    owes who how much money.

    can the Landlord just throw me out like this?

    I think they are unreasonable, since I'¨ve let Liverpool City Council send

    my housing benefit directly to them, so they aren't going to get more economical

    problems due to this case.

    Also they are slow with repairs, they used one to two years, to fix the

    boiler, so even if I have arrears, it isn't just me who haven't fullfilled my

    obligations, in this case, it's also the Landlord.

    The Landlord also lies, and say the bins are accessable 24 hours, while

    they are only accessable when the neighbour restaurant is open, since the bin

    store is at their premesiss.

    I think I'm being unfairly threated here.

    It's like the Landlord get's to have their cake, and eat it to.

    (They get away with not doing repairs etc., and still threaten to throw me

    out).

    What are my rights in this?

    Can they just throw me out, when we have a dispute like this.

    (I also have a case against them, I mean, due to disrepair).

    kan inte jag som bor i EU-land, (England), anmälda til Sverige, när det er enklare, pga. språket etc.
    Eftersom båda Sverige och England er EU-länder.
    I England, så kaller Merseyside-polisen meg för 'Miss Erik Ribsskog'.

    Jeg har klagat inn dom til IPCC, men dom har trenerat mitt klagomål i flera år nu.
    Jag er norsk statsborgare, men polisen i Norge vil inte ta imot anmeldelser pr. e-post, från England.

    Tycker også at det er märkvärdigt at Johanna, (från Stokholms-polisen), svarar när jag anmälder Johanitterorderen for at forfölja meg.

    Ja men kära Johanna,

    jag har jo forklarat at jag har en SEFO-sak mot polisen i Liverpool, som SEFO/IPCC i Manchester har trenerat i många år.
    Så jag mår illa av at kontakta polisen her i England, så då vil jag gärna anmelda via polisen i Sverige, nogåt jag tror er okey, eftersom at jag bor i EU-land.
