ccPhso Enquiries dateThu, Oct 13, 2011 at 1:59 PM hide details 1:59 PM (0 minutes ago) Hi, this is an update to my case against the Liverpool City Council, (and my initial e-mail on 4/10, which I can’t see that I’ve recieved a reply to by the way). Here the Bailiff explains that my account have been closed, (since the Liverpool City Council wanted it), I didn’t ask for this, by the way. So I have paid around £511 to this bailiff, which the Council wants me to pay again. To summarise a bit, since I don’t think I’ve gotten a LGO case-number or anything, after the e-mail I sent on 4/10, after the Parliamentary Ombudsman adviced me to send about this to the LGO. Hope to get a reply! Erik Ribsskog ———- Forwarded message ———- Dear Mr Ribsskog, We acknowledge receipt of your recent email and note the contents therein.
