Hi,

ok, I'll pay the next payment of £1 within 19/12 then.
I haven't asked you to cancel my debt.
I'm an economist so I understand that I have to pay the debt for the balance to show as £0.

You don't need to ridicule people in a way like that.
You should let of steam on your spare-time I think.
I'm sure your manager or someone can give you advice on how to do this.

Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we cannot cancel your debt and adjust the balance to £0. You would need to pay the full balance (£869.94) for the balance to show as £0 and your credit file to be amended.

Apologies for the letter, it seems we have your payment set for a different date, I have now amended this. We have not yet received the payment you made on Friday so I will hold the account to receive this.

Please can you confirm if you are wanting to pay the balance off in full or if you are wanting to continue on your payment plan of £1 per month from the 19.12.11?

Regards

Hi,

regarding my previous mail.

I have changed my mind and would like to cancel all debts. Please adjust my balance to £0.

I am a Baron and am going to make money on my title from now on.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
