    Hei,

    jeg har lest Deres e-brev nå, og vil gjøre gjerne klargjøre noe, som en oppdatering.
    Dere skriver at 'bistanden skal ytes i utlandet'.
    Men hvis jeg får innvilget Fri Rettshjelp, så vil jeg kontakte en advokat i Norge, for hjelp.

    Siden dette er en norsk sak, så er det greiest med en norsk advokat, syntes jeg.
    Vil også ta med om at jeg bor i England, som er i EØS, og at folk i hele EØS-området skal behandles likt.

    Her blir jeg kastet rundt som en kasteball, mellom Oslo og Vestfold.
    Fylkesmannen i Oslo og Akershus, de begrunner heller ikke sine avslag.
    Så det har vært komplett umulig, for meg, i en årerekke, å skjønre noe av hvorfor jeg ikke får fri rettshjelp, (eller fritt rettsråd, som det visst heter nå).

    Sender kopi til EFTA, (siden jeg har klaget til de tidligere), som en oppdatering.
