Hi,

like I've written to you earlier, your message-system doesn't work for my account.
Also, I think regular e-mails are better, since they let people keep a copy of the correspondence in their e-mail folder.

Because I don't like to argue on the phone, about things like this.
(And it's also expensive to call from a mobile).
If Capital One Abuse can send an e-mail, then your other departments should be able to send e-mails as well, I think.

And I've tried to send you a letter, but then you say it's not my signature.
So I don't think we get any longer.
Maybe CCCS can help, and set up a payment-agreement for £1 token-payments, for me, due to these problems with the correspondence.

I therefore forward this e-mail to the CCCS and hope they can help.
Regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

Holy left me a voicemail on Friday asking me to call her, on the number

in the subject-line.

Could you please ask her to contact me on e-mail since I don't want to

argue about this, over the phone.

(My offer is a token-payment of £1, monthly, (like I pay my other

creditors), untill I get a job).

Thanks in advance for any help!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

I'm sending this to you since I couldn't find a regular e-mail address,

for Capital One, and I'm blocked from the mail-facility on your website,

it seems.
