Let's face it: most guys online lie about their looks, at least a
bit. I don't think I've met many guys who haven't shaved a few
years off their age, a few pounds off their weight, or added a

couple of inches down below.

It's expected, and it happens all the time. If it makes you feel
better, go ahead and make yourself 29 instead of 31.

Fudging can help make you feel better about yourself, and it's
true that gay guys put a lot of emphasis on looks and numbers.

Lying, on the other hand, goes way outside of fudging. Don't say
you're 30 if you're 50 – you won't be able to carry it off.
If your pics don't show you look 50, the guy's going to know when

you two meet.

The same goes for weight, penis size, amount of hair on your head,
and everything else.

One more thing: stating "but look like…" after giving a stat
won't fool anyone. If you say "I'm 40, but look 31," guys are
going to wonder why you're so defensive.

If you really look 31, they'll see it in your pic, or when they
meet you.

When you are writing your profile, ask yourself if you are lying
or fudging.
