I read about this vacancy on the Jobcentre website, and wanted to please apply for this job.

I have a degree in IT, from Oslo University College, faculty of engineering, called Høgskolekandidat, which is comparable with a Foundation Degree/Higher National Diploma, here in the UK.

I have four web-shops, which I've made myself from scratch, using HTML, CSS and Javascript: http://www.godtebutikken.net/, http://www.ukgoodyshop.com/, http://www.goodyshop.eu/ and http://www.goodyshop.co.uk/.

I'm unemployed at the moment, so I could start as soon as possible.
