Hi,

I was at a meeting at MAS today, with Tony and Eric there.
I was told that I have arrears there now, and that when other landlords call them, MAS have to tell them I'm in arrears.

MAS got me to sign a letter to the Council in the meeting today, but I'll also send this e-mail, to show that I also know how to use my own words, to update about this, (so to speak).
I think it's a bit odd that I'm in arrears with MAS, because the Council, (Mr. James Wallace, from Liverpool City Council, in Garston), sent me to MAS, in January.
I have perhaps been a bit focused on two inheritance-cases in Norway, which are complicated, it seems, so I can't get my inheritence.

So I haven't been that good at getting permanent accomodation, here in the UK, since I'm waiting for my inheritance from Norway, and really want to buy a place to live, when I get my inheritance, which is a mess, both cases, due to different reasons.

(It's a bit tricky to get things done in Norway, when I live in the UK, I think.
I therefore also send a copy e-mail to EFTA about this).
MAS tells me, that you, (Mr. Peacock), think I don't need support.

But I hadn't heard of the property-pool earlier, and have had problems at CAB earlier as well, (a complaint against them, in 2007, in conection with an employment-case), so my options have been a bit limited.

But I'm now on the Property Pool and applied for my first flat there yesterday.
MAS asked me in the meeting today, if I wanted their help with a grant and/or support from Whitechapel at my next accomodation.

But I'm normally very independant, but have had problems with some landlord-complaints lately, here in the UK.
I think the inheritance-cases in Norway have taken to much of my attention perhaps.

Those cases have been a bit tirering, I think.
So I don't want support at my next accomodation, since I'm independant and not religious.
(Whitechapel sounds like something religious to me, and I don't like people knocking on my door all the time, so I really don't want support at my next accomodation).

But it's a bit like I'm a hostage here at MAS now I think.

Since they are going to tell the Property Pool-landlords, that I'm in arrears, if/when then call.

So then it doesn't look like I'm going to get a normal flat without support.

It's like I'm stuck here then I think.
So this is a bit strange since the Council sent me to MAS in January and told me they were one of the better places for people who needed a place to stay.

Just to send an update in my own words.
Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
