Hi,
I checked the link now:
And the impersonated account is still there.
So it doesn't look to me like you have deleted the account.
It seems to me that you have only deleted the posts.
I understand that you personally don't think this is a big problem since you aren't the one being attacked.
But e.g. Facebook have good, automated routines, for dealing with impersonation, etc.
But Facebook is perhaps much bigger than Disqus, that could be why they are more used with dealing with problems like this.
Just some feedback.

Hi Erik,
Honestly, we don't normally encounter this as much as you might think and if someone does impersonate someone else, the moderator of the site in question is able to take the appropriate moderation action which resolves the situation.
In this case, we've gone ahead and cleared the account since, as you mentioned, it was blatant impersonation. We appreciate your feedback and will work to prevent this from happening in the future. In the mean time, if this user pops back up, let us know and we'll see what more we can do.
I would have thought that you would delete this account, since it's impersonation.
And not just delete the comments.
That's what they do on e.g. Facebook, at least.

We understand and will continue to help in any way that we can. We've gone ahead and cleared the account in question.
Let us know if we there is anything else we can assist with.

Hi,
I haven't used Disqus.
You don't even try it seems.
Your custommer-service seems to be degenerated.
Sites like Facebook deals with problems like this much more professional.

Hi Erik,
It may have just taken a moment. Since we won't be able to continue clearing this account, we'd recommend contacting the sites where they've posted in order for the moderator of those site to take the appropriate action.

While Disqus provides many moderation tools, we don't moderate any content. Moderation is at the discretion of each site's owners — commenting experiences can differ greatly depending on the individual site's moderation practices/policies. Note that we don't:
– approve or delete comments; – block or unblock users; – handle disputes among commenters; – mark comments as spam.
If you are having any technical issues with our system we're more than happy to help. Regarding any moderation issues please forward your request directly to the moderator of the website. Usually they'll list a contact form or email.
