I don’t have a guarantor, but I have a depost, with Imperial Properties.

They didn’t need a guarantor when I rented from them, in 2006.

the Council e-mailed me now, and tells me they can’t be a guarantor, but they have a rent deposit-scheme, that it seems I can use.

I live at MAS, in Rufford Road, in Fairfield, but have been told to move out, in the middle of next week, since others need the accommodation more than me.
Have a web-shop which the Jobcentre knows about, where I sell sweets from Tangerine, to Norway, and would like to live not far from Fairfield/Kensington.
Am eligable for Housing Benefit, (untill the web-shop starts running better), and get a bit more than £60 a month now in Housing Benefit, but am used to also paying service-charge, from my jobseekers allowance, so I could e.g. pay £30 a week, on top of the Housing Benefit, so that it gets to £90 a week.
