Hi,
I have asked to escalate, and then I think it's inpolite not to let me do that.
I have gotten letters from billionares before, (Forbes-billionare Stein Erik Hagen), so I don't think it's ok to be treated in an inpolite way just because someone has a busy schedule.
Mr. Hagen probably also has a busy schedule, yet he wrote me a letter.
Maybe Mr. Bezos should find himselves something else to do?
His not that good at being a billionare, I'm sorry to say.

Dear Mr. Ribsskog,
I understand you'd like to discuss this matter personally with Jeff Bezos, but regrettably his schedule doesn't allow him to answer directly. While he does review each message addressed to him, he's asked me to continue responding on his behalf.
Furthermore, I understand your concerns and feel it would be best to discuss them over the phone to bring them to a speedy resolution. I called you today at 00447905206018 and left a message. Please either give me a call at (843) 760-8240 or provide me with a number and time to contact you. Again, I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time but am happy to accommodate your schedule to ensure we are able to connect.
Sincerely,
Ashley Robinson
