in connection with the ban I got from the Jobcentre, I today got a
letter from a law-firm named Field Fisher Waterhouse for writing ‘do
you want me to go out on the street and kill someone’ etc, in e-mails
to the Jobcentre.

But this was a situation entierly created by the Jobcentre.

They provoced me by refusing me to sign on, and then drag me to a funny meeting.

Then they broke the agreement made in the funny meeting by
‘back-dating’ a sanction, (even if I haven’t done anything wrong, I’m
just trying to start to small businesses instead of watching TV all
the time, etc).

And they didn’t inform me about the sanction.

And I had signed for the payment on the Thursday on the Jobcentre.

So when the payment didn’t turn up on my bank-account on Tuesday, I complained.

The complaint e-mail wasn’t taken serious so I was provoced even more.

I haven’t had money for food and electricity since August now.

First the jobcentre provoce me very much and then they put a law firm on me.

I overheard in Norway in 2003 I was followed by the ‘mafian’.

Seems to me this could be related, because they acted very peculiar
the day they refused me to sign on at the Jobcentre in Aintree and
dragged me to a funny meeting.

Meetings like that should be made appointments about some days in
advance of the meeting.

But the Jobcentre have just been doing mumbo-jumbo I call it.

And then they wonder why I get provoced?

Even if I’m unemployed I have a schedule and a budget and the
Jobcentre in Aintree, are just plotting against me I think.

I still haven’t gotten any money from the Jobcentre.

I checked my balance now at the cash-point, and I haven’t gotten any money
from them since August.

This is the second payment they’ve missed.

I attach a scanned copy of my statement.

My emergency-electricity is going to run out tomorrow, it seems.

And I’m lagged with cutting my hair and washing my clothes since I’ve tried
to save on electricity and money.

I can’t get to the meeting, because I have no bus-money.

Could you ask the Jobcentre to send me money, and I could go on a later
meeting.

everyone are welcome to donate money to my rights-work.

But one have to pay with cash to buy electricity at the post-office,
so it isn’t going to help much with only £5 I think.

And you donatet 50 NOK last time, and then PayPal sends me around
£4.80, so it’s not enough.

I’ve also used my emergency electricity now, so I’m not sure if £5 is
enough to get the electricity to work again, as this is the first time
I’ve used all the emergency electricity.

Wescot don’t accept but wants me to fill out an income and expenditure-form.

I can’t remember that you at CCCS have mentioned that I have to fill
out a form like that, when I do budget-work.

It’s like they go a bit to close, and this seems unecessary, to me.

What do you think at CCCS about this?

Does the law say that I have to fill out a form like that?

I think is unnessesary paper-work then.

None of my other creditors have sent me a form like that.

They have just accepted my token-payment-offer.

So I hope you can set up a direct debit-agreement, for £1 a month, for
this debt.
