Hi,

ok, I’m going to send a letter to the Council, about that they have to many case-workers and reference-numbers when I contact them, to report garbage-heaps on the pavement.

Do you by any chance know the address, with Liverpool City Council, that I should send this letter to?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Regards,

Dear Mr Ribsskog,

Thank you for sending us copies of your recent emails to the council.

In general the Local Government Ombudsman cannot consider a complaint until the councils own complaints process has been completed.

This process usually has 2 or 3 stages and is initiated by writing a letter of formal complaint to the Chief Executive of the council.

If you remain dissatisfied at the end of this process or have already completed the complaints process, please send us a copy of the council’s final response to your complaint.

Many Thanks
