Hi, my steph-cousin Andrea Ingebrigtsen is a student, (photograhpy), at
the Universitey-college in Poole. She doesn’t reply to my Facebook-messages. But here in Walton in North-West UK, they have socialist MP. So they don’t want to send my cases to Parliamentary Ombudsman, since
I was at a few meetings, (led by Jan Tore Sanner), at the Conservative
Youth-party in Norway, in the 1990’s. So I can perhaps send to Poole, and you can send to Parliamentary Ombudsman? Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, ok, I’ll see if I can find the e-mail address for the professional
standards-department then. I don’t like the web-forms, you see. I’ve gone to commerce-school, (in Norway), and learned that the
citizens can just send a normal letter, (or these days e-mail). Thank you very much for explaining to me how to sort this. Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog PS. Are you going to do anything with the Ofcom-case, I was wondering a bit. PS 2. If you by chance know the e-mail-address to the Merseyside Police
Professional Standards Department, then that would be very fine. PS 3. When I lived in Sunderland, a couple of years ago, one couldn’t send
normal e-mails to the Police. One had to log in to their website. I don’t like that, that’s not right with what I learned on
commerce-shool, (I think). The citizens should be allowed to send just a normal e-mail to organisations. It’s like some kind of ‘Russian’ stuff if they have the ‘funny’ stuff, I think.

>>> Thank you for your address. It is unclear from your email what you are asking Steve Rotheram MP to do on your behalf. If you have a complaint against the police you would in the first instance have to make this to the police force concerned for them to investigate. If you remain dissatisfied with their response you can of course take this to the Independent Police Complaints Commission which can investigate, as this is not the role of the Parliamentary Ombuds. The IPCC website gives details of how to make a complaint and has the required form for you to complete, which does not require your Member of Parliament to sign.
