Hi,

I think you should move out this bus-station and build your own buidling. National Express didn’t have control there it seemed. Also you should fire someone since the bus to Liverpool had a ‘Bradford’-sign.
Also you should get the mosters/street-actors thrown into jail.

And I want a large compensation.
It seems from your e-mail that this is your final response, to my complaint.
This is very poor I think, so I send this back to your director. You should do all the stuff I mention above and inform me about your findings. Erik Ribsskog
