I don’t like the web-forms, you see.
I’ve gone to commerce-school, (in Norway), and learned that the
citizens can just send a normal letter, (or these days e-mail).

If you by chance know the e-mail-address to the Merseyside Police
Professional Standards Department, then that would be very fine.
PS 3.
When I lived in Sunderland, a couple of years ago, one couldn’t send
normal e-mails to the Police.
One had to log in to their website.
I don’t like that, that’s not right with what I learned on
commerce-shool, (I think).
The citizens should be allowed to send just a normal e-mail to organisations.
It’s like some kind of ‘Russian’ stuff if they have the ‘funny’ stuff, I think.
