Hi Mr./Mrs. Merseyside Police, I’ve never wanted police on my door at all, really. When I lived in the town centre of Larvik, (right by the Police-station), in a house owned by my mothers father Johannes Ribsskog.
Then the police was on the door, when I was home alone, with my sister, when I was 7-8 years old. They wondered if a VW Beatle, without licence-plates, standing outside our house, (in Jegersborggate 16), was ours. It was, but I didn’t like two uniformed police-officers on my/our door, when I was that young. It was almost shocking, I’d say. And after that I grew up on the country-side, (Berger), where my father lived, from I was nine years old. And at Berger/Bergeråsen. There we had no police, we had no homo-sexuals and we had no muslims. (At least not in the 70’s/80’s, when I lived there). So I’m not that used with homosexuals and police. So I don’t want these on my door. Once when I lived in a flat-share, in Oslo, (Ungbo), in the 90’s.

Someone stole my electrical razor. (It was from Philips, so it was a bit expensive).
Then I went to the police-station, (Stovner), after work, one day. to report this crime. And I was interviewed, at the police-station, in an interview-room, (after waiting in the spartan police-station, for an hour, or so). So why do the police want to go on my door, at 9 AM, on a Saturday morning? I do programming web-design work, and sometimes sit up all night, doing this work, because at night, it’s easier to focus, since it’s quiet, I guess the reason is.

At 9 AM I’m often going to be still asleep. I have not agreed an apointment with the police at my door, at 9 AM tomorrow.

This is something you have agreed with yourselves, I think.

I sometimes notice that someone calls me, on my mobile, an the phone-number says ‘unknown’. I’ve reported to you that I’ve gotten 70 dodgy phone-calls.

The same day someone try to murder me on the street in Whitechapel.
(A Wednesday, four weeks ago, on Wednesday, I think).

No news-papers write about the assasination-attempt, on an open city centre street, in Liverpool. Have you catched the assasin?
I was at language-school, for three summers in the 80’s, in southern England.

Twice in Brighton and once in Weymouth. (My father let me live alone since I was nine years old.

So I liked going to language-schools, to fight lonelynes, etc).

And on the last summer-school, I got a score of 93 of 100, I think. The best score of all pupils, on the language-test.

At University of Sunderland, I also got the best grade, on the language-test.

So they said I didn’t need to learn English.

But to report crime I need an interpretor, you say.

Thats more bullying/power-abuse, I think. Please just deal with this in writing.

I’ve told you that many times.

And you want me to clearify again. That’s a bit strange, I think. I have to sit all day, to write to you, it seems. I have a lot of other things to do really, than write to police and fast food companies and gay escort services.
Is this Judge Dreed by the way? You say harassment wouldn’t apply here. So you judge? I think you should leave that to the judges, and police should just investigate crime, (and serve the citizens), I think. Regards, Erik Ribsskog

Good Evening Mr Ribsskog.

With regards to incident log reference 0084 of 02/12/13.

Can I clarify that you no longer wish for an officer to attend your address? if so please be aware that you will be unable to submit a complaint against this
harrassment and this therefore will prevent us from investigating this matter thoroughly.

In regards to harrassment – it would not apply in this incident as from looking at all your emails, you contact us via the Communication Centre and therefore
you will always receive contact back to advise what is happening.

I also wish to bring to your attention that we can for interviews/statements etc we can always provide an interpretor to aid you.

Hope this answers your query.

Hi,

you don’t want my e-mails now, since I don’t want you on my door? Is that what you’re telling me? Well, I’m a citizen and you are a police-force. I think that’s my right as a citizen to send you updates if I think that’s needed. So you are patronising me here. Thats criminal harassment, I’d say.

So I wonder if the Spesialenheten can send this e-mail on to the IPCC. And I don’t want any phone-calls eighter. I want to keep this in writing, so that I can publish it on my blog, etc. And I’m from Norway, so I think it’s easier to write e-mails. Sometimes if I call you to report a crime I see etc., then you have problems understanding me. And 9 AM on Saturdays, it’s like you try destroy people’s weekends. You should contact them in the working-days I think. So no visits and no phone-calls, please. And no patronising/harassment, please. Regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

you’ve also sent me a text-message it seems.

You’ve set up an apointment to visit me tomorrow at 9 AM, it seems. It seems this is to do with some log-number that’s new to me, (0084 – 2nd, it says). I think I’ve informed you earlier that I’ve had enought unwanted visits by the Merseyside Police, on my door, in the last years. If it’s from 2/12, I think it must have been sent to the IPCC, by the way. I only want to deal with the Merseyside Police and the IPCC in writing. I hope this is clear.

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

well, if I also should joke about this. Then the Police-officer who I contacted at your St. Anne’s police-station in around the end of July, in 2005. About that someone had tried to murder me in Norway, and that I had overheard that I was followed by the ‘mafian’. He also seemed a bit gay, I think. He talked to a collegue behind my back about my clothes or something, I think, but I had been working at my uncles farm, in Norway, so thats why I wasn’t wearing snobbish clothes. That guy might be interested in buying the escorts I guess. I wanted to report this as harassment-crime. I wanted you to charge the escort-company for sending unwanted/harassing e-mails, (and also charge the people who mess with the escort-company). Regards, Erik Ribsskog

Also,

Michael O’Shaugnessy from Arvato and the Scandinavian Chuch liked to touch young men, I remember, (a guy also named Erik, from Trøndelag).

And also a lecturer at the college in Bootle likes touching men, I remember. So these might like to buy sex from your homo-sexual escorts. But please leave me alone. Erik Ribsskog

Hi again,

you can hear with Rickie Woods, at Reed, if he wants to buy your escorts. I think he must be homo-sexual, since he calls himself Rickie instead of Richard, (or what his real name is). I just want to be let alone from you, since I prefer women and haven’t ordered any homo-sexual escorts and I’m not going to order any in the future eighter. So please stop this harassement and leave me alone.

Hi,

that I don’t know what harassment is. That’s stories and damned lies, like we say in Norway. These are unwanted e-mails, so then that’s harassment. I’ve had an employement-case that’s about harassment, and I started the Norwegian Wikipedia-page about harassment, (or ‘trakassering’ like we say in Norway). So I think I know what harassment is. I also have a degree in IT. And I understand it’s something called a confirmation e-mail. So perhaps you could ask people to confirm their e-mails before your system accept their message. I don’t like the desending and patronising tone of your e-mail so I don’t want any more e-mails from you please.

somone have again ordered a gay escort in my name. I want you to arrest the people who have ordered this gay escort in my name.

And also the gay escort-company should be charged for harassment since they have poor routines, I think. Regards, Erik Ribsskog
