Hi,
today I woke up by a plumber on my door.
He said it was leaking from my flat and down into number nine.
I think I would have known if it was a leakage like that, and asked
him who at LHT he had spoken with.
He couldn’t answer.
He said he would call his office.
And I didn’t hear anything more.
Then an hour or so later, the postman was on my door, with four
letters, and something advertisments from Farmfoods, etc.
I later opened the letter from LHT.
I said a plumber would come on my door.
(And that I had recently contacted you about this).
I have not ordered any such plumber.
Recently is very vague.
Please use proper references.
On top of this.
There’s something wrong if letters arrive after the appointment they
inform about I think.
It’s like you haven’t heard of what we in Norway call ‘postgang’.
And also people should get letters like that a week at least in advance.
I’ve gone three years to commerce and office-school in Norway, so I should know.
It’s like you have Hitler as an Office Manager I think.
This I wanted to complain about.

Hi,
I also got another letter from you, last week, (week 26).
(Which I attach a scanned copy of).
It says I should pay the weekly gas charge of £6.77.
But as I remember it, there are also a few very small service-charges,
of only a few pence.
So I was wondering if you could please list up the service-charges.
Like you did, the time before last, when it was a change in them.
Because then you explained which service-charges, that was supposed to
be paid, by the Council.
And which service-charges, that was supposed to be paid, by me.
You change this, ‘all the time’.
At the time I moved in here, around two years ago, all the
service-charges were paid for, by the Housing Benefit, from the
Council.
And when that changed, then you listed which of them I was supposed to pay.
But when they changed again, earlier this year, then you didn’t
specify which of the service-charges that were paid by me, and which
were paid by the Housing Benefit.
So I was wondering if you could please specify this, in a letter,
where you list up all the different service-charges.
(Like I think you should have done, earlier this year, after you
changed the service-charges).
I hope this is alright.
There’s also been a problem with the Jobcentre not sending me close to
all my Jobseekers Allowance.
But if you detail it a bit more, about the service-charges, (like I’ve
explained above), and write about this, in a dedicated letter.
Then I’m going to start to pay this/these weekly service-charges, as
soon as possible.
I hope this is alright!
Yours sincerely,
Erik Ribsskog

Hi,
I got a strange letter in the post, earlier this week, (week 26).
It says it’s to you at LHT.
But I acidentely opened it.
I thought I could just scan it and e-mail it to you.
It really says two addresses on it, (1A and 2A).
It says the letter is for LHT.
So I can write your Walton Road address on it, and put it in a post-case.
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog
