    I lived in Leather Lane, (where I lived from 2006 to 2011), in
    Liverpool).

    So I’m afraid you are wrong.

    Also this you write about the Home Office’ complaint procedure is
    comunist-stuff, I think.

    It’s the citiziens complaint(-procedure), you should care about, and
    not some funny ‘communist-procedure’.

    Please escalate to your line-manager.
