Hi,
this is not an account that I have set up.
The trolls have set it up.
I don’t want to have a Play Asia-account.
You should sort with your customer-register.
And I want to know the name of the troll, who has ordered stuff, in my name.
And I want to know, which better routines, that you’re going to start with, so that this doesn’t happen again, to other people/citizens.

Dear Erik,
This is Kate, I am the manager here at customer service. I am sorry to hear
that you have been a victim of identity theft.
Upon checking your transactions, nothing has been processed on our side.
Rest assured that the account used has also been tagged on our side. If
there are any transactions that will go through on this account, it will
surely be declined. If you want to find more information, your bank should
be able to provide all the necessary information about the transaction. On
our side, we are unable to give out more than what you can already see on
your account.
If you have any question, please let us know. Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Maria Kathleen Mateo
