I haven’t registered any account with you, so I should log in to any account, I think.
This is your job to clean up.
I wonder if the Managing Director could have a look at this.
(I want to know the name, of the internet-troll, who has ordered/written this, in my name.
And I want to know, how you plan to improve, to avoid that something like this happens again).

(I want to know the name, of the troll, who has ordered this, in my name.
And I want to know, how your company is going to improve, so that this problem doesn’t happen again, to me or other people).
