Hi, 
like I wrote in my last email, I want a superior to have a look at this.
I can’t see that this has happened.
So that I have to complain up.
Please escalate this to a superior now.
(I want to know the name of the internet-troll, who has written/ordered this, in my name.
And I want to know, how you plan to improve, to avoid that something like this happens again).

Thank you for your message.
This matter has been discussed within our department and consulted with the coordinator. As we have mentioned before, this is not identity theft, it’s just a typo in the email address, you have no reason to worry. Moreover, we absolutely cannot disclose any information about our customers. We hope you understand that we follow these rules precisely in order to protect our customers’ data.
Unfortunately, email addresses are entered manually by customers and we can do nothing to prevent typos from happening. With as many email addresses as there are on Gmail, they often differ in only a single letter, which results in entering somebody else’s email address my mistake.
We truly are sorry for the inconvenience, however, the good news is that there is no danger to your data whatsoever.
Please, let us know in case there’s anything we can do for you.

like I told you in an e-mail from 6/4, I want you to escalate this to a superior.
(I want to know the name, of the troll, who has set up an account, in my name.
And I want to know how you plan to improve, to avoid that this problem happens again, to me or other people).
