Hi,
unfortunately I don’t buy this.
My relative Magnus Davidsen had a type of feud with some people from the Russian Adler-familiy, many many years ago.
(He thought they were some type of horrible Jews.
Something like that).
So I wonder if this is why you make up funny reasons for my account being hijacked.
You pretend it wasn’t an inside job, and try to put the blame on me, it seems.
Also, you pretend I’ve gotten my account back.
This isn’t true.
My Scribd-account is still hijacked (by a Daut Kadriovski, it says).
You are probably refering to some type of troll-account that some internet-trolls have registered in my name.
So I think this case belongs at management-level.
(Because my ‘airhead-radar’ is warning a bit here.
Like they say).
So I hope you can send this to someone at the top.

PS.
Also, my Danish-born grandmothers aunt was married to baron Holger Adeler.
So I guess Adler don’t like that name (Adeler) possibly.
So that could be a reason for this scandal-behaviour from Scribd, I suspect.
You also deleted my employement-case against Bertelsmann Arvato Liverpool’s Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation-campaign, some years before you let someone hijack my Scrib-account.
The employment-case-files were in a dedicated Scribd-group.
But what happened was that Scribd discountinued the Group-function.
That was at first a fine way to present my employment-case.
But when you changed your consept, then it wasn’t that easy for people to access my employement-case any longer.
So this is a bit like sabotage almost from Scribd, it could seem.
So what’s this supposed to mean, I’m wondering.
This I wanted to complain about.

Hi Erik,
Thank you for contacting us. My name is Selene and I’m with the Escalations team here at Scribd. I’m so sorry for the delayed response. We’re working to improve this moving forward and, in the meantime, I’m more than happy to help in any way I can.
Based on our investigation, it appears your account was likely compromised as a result of password stuffing.
I must stress that your login was not stolen from Scribd itself. Rather, research suggests that it came from a large collection of stolen account details elsewhere. You can use Have I Been Pwned (not affiliated with Scribd) to verify if your information has been included in security breaches elsewhere.
We were able to verify your ownership of this account, and we have reset the password to revoke any unauthorized access going forward. Please do not be alarmed by the password change email you were sent today, as this was from our actions. Your new account credentials are below.
Your registered email address is: eribsskog@gmail.com
Your new (case-sensitive) password is: (sensurert av johncons-blogg)
When you update the password above, we strongly advise against using a password you’ve previously used with Scribd or a password that you’ve used on other websites/services.
When you log back into your account, you will also need to visit the “Your Account” page to complete the email verification process. This will help to further secure your account. Be sure to take a look at our support guides on Setting up two-factor authentication and Updating your password, username, or email address for more information.
If there’s anything else we may be able to assist with please let us know. Thank you again, and we wish you a great day!
Best regards,
Selene

This is a follow-up to your previous request #4283755 “New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd:…”
Hi,
it still says ‘Daut Kadriovski’ when I press the link.
This is really my Scribd-account.
I can’t get access to it now (like I explained in the last email).
So it doesn’t seem like you know what you’re doing, at Scribd there.
So if I could get a second opinion, from a superior/manager there please.
