Hi,
that’s right I want to cancel the WordPress-shell.
I tried to disable auto-renew first but it then asked me a lot of ‘clammy’ questions, so I thought I’d send an email.

Erik, I checked your account, and we can manually cancel the Premium Web Hosting from our end. Still, please keep in mind that the cancelation won’t issue a refund in this case, as this plan is already past the refundable period, which is 30 days from the payment.
Your plan was purchased on 2024-02-20, so it is no longer refundable.
If you want to cancel it, it would be best if you download any needed backup before I proceed to avoid data loss.

As for the domain johnconsblogg.net, it cannot be canceled, but if you don’t want to keep it active, you can disable auto-renewal from your end and let it expire:
