Hi,
like I've explained earlier.
I understand that you are lazy.
But I think that you should still try to do your job.
(E.g. work over-time.
Or hire new staff).
I want a reply (a second opinion) from the Managing Director about this.

Dear Enquirer,
We are writing further to our email of 12 February 2024, where we advised you that we consider the amount of correspondence you are sending to us to be excessive.
Since this correspondence, you have sent at least further 04 emails which have been copied to the IOPC, many of which relate to matters that do not fall under our remit. To clarify, the IOPC is solely responsible for overseeing the formal police complaints process in England and Wales. We have no remit over issues that lie outside of this process.
Despite our previous correspondence, you have continued to send excessive number of copied emails to the IOPC. As such, we have no option but to issue a second formal warning regarding excessive copied emails being sent to us. Please be aware, continuing to send a high volume of copied emails will result in us restricting your email contact with the IOPC; this is not something which we would like to pursue.
If you wish to make a complaint concerning the conduct of a police force, please complete and submit a complaint form via our website at Submit a complaint | Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC). Alternatively, please submit your complaint directly to the Professional Standards Department (PSD) of the police force concerned. Please note that the IOPC does not need to be copied into the complaint correspondence if sent via email.
I trust this clarifies our position.
Yours sincerely,
Alexandra Bailey
