Hi,

it seems like this (IOPC) is just same shit, new wrapping (like they say in America).

I told you in two last emails that I wanted a reply from the Managing Director (or General officer, or what you call it) about this.

What is it that you don't understand about this, I was wondering.

Do you want me to sit all day and chat with you.

This have to complain about.
