Hi,

I've quite recently contacted a Norwegian organisation named GOA (Gjeldsoffer-Alliansen).

(Due to problems with Lowell in Norway).

They give advice on debt, etc.

And I'm copying this email to them.

And I'll then update you when I hear more from them.

(I only get life-support-allowance at the moment, from the Norwegian Jobcenter (NAV)).
