Hi,

I'm not sure if you understand the problem with IPCC/IOPC.

I've contacted these a lot of times, since around 2010.

But the police-complaints never end up, where they should.

The complaints are never investigated.

And this is a serious problem, because some internet-trolls have been tricking the police, so that they have attacked me.

The Merseyside Police went to my address about a hundred times, in 2012/2013.

And every time, this was an internet-troll who had sent an email to an Aintree-jobcenter-staff (Sarah Bamber) pretending to be me.

And every time, the Police took the bait.

(Because Sarah Bamber would then contact the police, every time she got one of these emails.

Because the internet-troll that impersonated me, was writing some four letter-words, or something).

And the Police didn't understand that this was swatting (I think it's called).

So I was arrested like ten times.

And the courts (in Liverpool) and the lawyers I got (Linskills and Easy Law) also didn't understand that this was swatting.

So in the end, I had to move back to Norway.

Because I was terrorised a lot.

And noone managed to find out the name of the internet-troll that was impersonating me.

So I moved back to Norway, in 2014.

And then in 2017 I got a small inheritance (about £15.000).

(I really got this inheritance (a part of a house, where my granduncle (who never got married) lived) in 2006 (because my sister said my father didn't want to inherit his artist-uncles, for some reason).

But a court in Drammen, refused to let me get the money, for this property-part.

I had to wait until the youngest grand-uncle (Idar Sandersen) died.

And then the court let my uncle (my fathers youngest brother Runar) be 'bobestyrer' (deal with the sale of the house etc.).

And I'm the oldest son of the oldest son after my fathers father.

So I should have been given this task/status ('bobestyrer') I think.

And Runar robbed me.

He didn't give all the money he should have given me (he dwarfed my ownership-percentage).

And these grand-uncles (at least the one named Gunnar Bergstø) where pupils of a well-known painter (and Skaugum-conspiracy-leader (my grandfather said something, that could be understood as, that they made up the atomic bomb)) Henrik Sørensen (and other well known artists (like Alberto Rosati and Oluf Wold Thorne) because the house was in the middle of a well known artist-colony, in Holmsbu).

So I think my relatives also must have been robbing me, of valuable paintings.

Because I didn't get any paintings (or other personal stuff) from the house/property (Bergstø) in Holmsbu/Støa.

After my three grand-uncles (none of them got any offspring) Gunnar Bergstø, Otto Bergstø and Idar Sandersen died).

And then the same problem happened again.

The police came to my address (in Osborne Road, in Tuebrook (a low-rent area) in Liverpool).

And arrested me.

And they again didn't understand.

(I wonder if the judge could possibly be a Welsh lawyer that I contacted about an employement-case (against Arvato Liverpool) in 2007 (because the Law Society sent me to a law-firm in Wrexham, even if I lived in Liverpool).

At least the judge wanted me to pay a fine, to go to prison, to do go to probation-meetings, to give them my passport (my Norwegian passport, because as far as I know, I didn't become a British citizen, even if I lived in the UK for ten years, from 2004 to 2014, after first studying at University of Sunderland), to work for free (for charities) and to go to a seemingly endless row of idiotic court-meetings (I had to meet in court perhaps five times, and they just dragged me there to bully me, it seemed, because they stopped my jobseekers-allowance at the same time, so I had to walk for an hour almost, from Walton (where I lived from 2012 to 2014) every time, and the Police also stole my computers all the time and lied (a guy named Lester) in court)).

And this was all because of internet-trolls (swatting).

And the IPPC (or IOPC like they are now called) never do anything, when I complain.

They don't like that I only send them emails, it seems.

(They just ignore my emails).

So nothing happens.

And I can't live in the UK because of this terror, from the Police and IPCC/IPOC and the courts.

(None of them understand that this is swatting/spoofing.

It seems).

So who should I then complain to?

If I can't complain to you (the Parliamentary ombudsman).

Regards,

Erik Ribsskog
