Hi,

I don’t like this RBS-guys tone.

When he tells me to conact him ‘asap’.

Then that’s like a seargant in the army or ones line-manager at an office.

This has nothing to do with customer-serivce, I think.

So this I wanted to complain about.

Please just e-mail me if there is anything I need to explain more
about to do with this complaint.
