Hi,

I earlier, (from 2006 to 2011), rented from the landlord TJ
Thomas/Imperial Property, when I lived in Leather Lane.

And then it was a problem, to do with that the landlord didn’t do
repairs, on a washing-machine and the boiler, etc.

Then I asked the Council, if I could have the Housing Benefit sent
directly, to my bank-account, with RBS.

And then that was just a formality, (as I remember it).

So I would have wanted a second opinion, about this.

Could you please escalate about this to the desition-makers line-manager please.

This should have been replied about, from the Benefit Centre, I think.

(And not from the Liverpool Direct call-centre).
