Hi, I think it’s an absolute scandal that before my complaints are being investigated, by ICE, they are beind re-written. Then ICE change the complaints before they investigate them. Thats like they sit on two sides of the table then, I think. So how can you think this is fine? I question your judgement. I want to please escalate to your line-manager as well, please. Thanks in advance for any help with this!
