Ok, I hope the Spesialenheten in Norway can send this on to the IPCC then. Because I don’t think it’s right that the citizens should have to report the same crime-case twice. The the Police in the UK are poorly organised, I think.
But thanks for trying, Erik Ribsskog

Hi Erik,

Im afraid not. All reports must be done by the victim. We have no control over how Action Fraud present their webpage & any complaints need to be directed to
them.

Thanks

Hi,

but Merseyside is in the UK, so can’t you please send it on to them then? If not, don’t these guys have a proper e-mail-address?

Because I almost hate the web-forms, because they don’t let people have a copy of the correspondence, (at least a lot of them don’t, and you don’t know if you get a copy of the correspondence before one have sent the form). Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi Erik,

All fraud within the UK is now dealt with by Action Fraud in the first instance. They will take your
info & if they have any evidence for us to investigate they will pass it back to us to deal. Merseyside Police do not have a fraud department to pass this to therefore Action Fraud are your best bet.

Thanks

Hi,

I don’t understand why I have to report this twice? Is your department just some ‘parish-stuff’? This is also a burrogh, and I don’t want any ‘quir-boys’ on my door.

I just want to deal with this in writing, please. Why can’t you just send this on to the anti-fraud-department, in a concentional way. It’s like you don’t want to serve, I think. It’s your job to serve the citizens, I think. (Just to try to level a bit here). Hope this is alright! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

yes, if you could please just send the e-mail on to your fraud-department then? Like I’ve told you earlier, I’d like to please deal with this in writing. I’ve had the Police on my door door, many times harassing me and throwing me out, in the last couple of years, so I’m a bit tired of having the Police on my door all the time. I’m also tired of having to repeat this all the time. I’ve told you this many times now, that I want to deal with this in writing. I’m from Norway, and I’ve never heard of neighbourhood-police there. Sounds like some nazi-stuff to me. (If I may say so). Regards, Erik Ribsskog

Good Morning,

I have created a police incident report for the below which has a reference number of MP-20131222-0251,

I have tagged this for the attention of your neighbourhood team so they may contact you over the
ongoing problems you have been enjuring. Could I also suggest that you consider contacting action fraud either via email
actionfraud.police.uk/ or telephone 0300 124 2040 who deal primarily with all types of fraud on behalf of Merseyside Police.

Thanks

Hi,

earlier log-numbers include: 1578 – 28. Oct 1275 – 13. Nov 1376 – 14. Nov 0979 – 1. Dec Now someone have ordered a taxi, in my name, (it seems), instead of pizza on the door, like before.

So this is identity-theft.

And also breach of honour-crime, or ‘æreskrenkelse’, like we say, in Norway, since this hospital is a mental-hospital, I think. They, (who ever they are), also use my on of my old mobile-numbers which they must have seen on my blog, or something. Regards, Erik Ribsskog
