Hi,

I've proofed the book now.
But I thought I had to write an update e-mail.
Because you had removed a line on the first page, which said 'CreateSpace-editon'.

Since you aren't the publishers, you wrote.
But I've written 'CreateSpace-edition', in all my seven or eight books.
Why this now?

Why do you change policy all the time?

It's anoying that your aproval-policy changes all the time, I think.
This seems like some form of vendetta, for me, due to that I complained the first time.
Is this sharia or something to do with Jewism?

Isn't America secular?

Hi,

ok, I didn't understand that this was about the upside down files.
The reason I put them upside down was because I was a bit stressed when I worked on this employment-case sometimes and managed to scan and e-mail some files up side down.

I should maybe have written about this in the foreword.
But I don't want any more problems with this book now.
So I'll just publish/proof it again I thought.

Thank you very much for the help!

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hello Erik,

Thank you for your patience while our Technical Services team looked into your files.

They said that this title was passed for on July 10 with upside down pages in the interior. This should have never been passed, but since it was not caught and the title was made previously available I have put this title back into process and asked our reviewers to pass as a onetime courtesy. If this ever causes concern in production then the title's availability can be pulled and a new file would need to be submitted with all content appearing in the same orientation.

I hope this information has been helpful to you. As always, should you have any additional questions or concerns, our Member Services team would be happy to assist you. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-866-356-2154 or by e-mail at info@createspace.com.

Hi,

this book has been aproved earlier, I just changed the subtitle, so that the words starts with upper-case.

So I don't understand what the problem is now.

(Since it's exactly the same interior now).
