Hi,

why did you use so long time to write your reply?
(20. April is almost two months ago).
I've had to change the name of my business now, in the mean-time.

I wanted to complain about your poor customer-service.

Support, Jun 15 04:22 pm (PDT):

Hello,

Please note that accounts that share your brand or company name but no other commonalities are not in violation of our impersonation policy.

We are currently unable to accommodate requests for inactive or suspended usernames.

We need information on the account you are reporting that shows a clear intent to assume your brand’s identity. Please reply to this email with a detailed description of the reported violation. This can include:

• specific descriptions of content or behavior

• a link to a page on your company's website which contains an image owned by you that is currently used by the reported account in its avatar or background image

• a link to one or more tweets by the reported account where they are actively misleading users or claiming to be affiliated with or owned by your company (this help page explains how to find the link to a Tweet's status link: https://support.twitter.com/articles/80586)

We need this report to be sent from the company email address for the brand. Please refile your report at https://support.twitter.com/forms from the company email address if you haven’t done so already. This will create a new ticket and we can continue to process your claim via that email address.

Please respond to this message with the requested information if you would like to continue with this report of impersonation.

Thanks,
