Subject: Complaint against Landlord/Fwd: Deposit

Hi,
I think I have to complain about this landlord, again.
From what I've heard, they can't refuse to pay back a deposit, even if one have arrears.
And your bailiff have thrown me out of their flat, so am I really in arrears then?
Further, they don't want to tell me where all my belongings are.
And they have cheated on the rent-statement, (like I've documented earlier).
The money, that their representative George, who insisted on collecting the rent, at my earlier address, collected, isn't on their rent-statement.
So that's fraud, I'd say.
So I also send a copy of this e-mal to the Police.
Yours sincerely,
Erik Ribsskog

Hi,
I don't think you can mix rent-arrears and deposits.
That's against the law I think.
But then again what do you care.

Hi,
I've been living at MAS etc., for the last months now, but I have to find myself a new flat now, so I wonder if you could send my deposit to my bank-account with RBS please?
Best regards,
