well I was in Brighton a couple of years ago as well.
With some christmas-presents for my earlier host-family, in Shoreham.
It was after that the funny letters began.
You could perhaps get an IT-expert to find the IP-address, for the criminals.
Really it's your company who has harrassed me since you sent this insulting letter.
I'm sending a copy e-mail to the Police, since this is really their job to deal with.

I used to go a lot to Brighton, (and Shoreham by Sea), on summer-school
and holidays, in the 80's, so I guess it could perhaps be someone from there,
since your company is in West Sussex, but I can't say for sure.
