Dear Mr Ribsskog

We last e-mailed to you on 18 July 2011 to tell you we were unable to start the investigation into your complaint about Jobcentre Plus.

I am again e-mailing to inform you that we are still not in a position to commence work on your case. Please accept my apologies if your case is not being dealt with as quickly as you might like and an assurance that your case will be allocated for investigation at the earliest opportunity. We have taken steps to prioritise cases that have been with this office for 12 months or more.

We will write to you again in six weeks time to keep you advised of progress, however you may hear from us before this if an investigation officer becomes available, at which time they will contact you direct, and provide you with the opportunity to discuss your complaint in more detail.

In the meantime, should you need any help or further advice, please feel free to telephone me on 0151 802 3022 or e-mail for my attention to ice@dwp.gsi.gov.uk

Yours sincerely

Lorainne Yates

Investigation Officer
