Hi,
I read about this vacancy on the Jobcentre Plus website, and want to please apply for this job.
I have a two-year university level degree, in IT, from Oslo University College, faculty of engineering, from 2009, (2004).
I've also studied Information Management, for two years, in the 90's, at NHI, a private University-college, in Oslo, where I learned about SQL and Relation-databases, etc.
I've also worked as a Shop Manager, in one of Norways biggest retail-chains, Rimi, so I'm used with customer-support, (since this is a support-job, like it says in the job-description).
I'm unemployed, so I can start as soon as possible.
