Ok,

I'm not afraid of taking this to the Crowns Court, I think I have a strong case.

Eric,

I reiterate – if payment against the accrued arrears is not

received by the date stated legal action will commence.

Hi,

you are being unresonable I think.

I'm sending to my family in Norway, that they can send to Sotheby's and

get the value of the inheretance evaluated.

You have just been messing me around the whole time I've been living

here.

You used more than one year to fix the boiler.

You never repair washing-machines etc., one have to buy new.

And you lie about the bin-store access times.

You're a lier Mr. Grimes, I shouldn't pay you all the rent, when you mess

with me like Gypsies.

Eric,

Further

to your e-mail reply.

As your

rent arrears have accrued to such a high level I am not prepared to enter into

any further discussion with you.

I must insist that payment

against these arrears is received by no later than Monday 31st

January 2011
.

Failure to make payment will result in your tenancy

at this property being terminated forthwith.

Notice requiring possession of the property will be

enforced in accordance with Section 21 (4) (a) of the Housing Act 1988 and

legal action taken to recover the accrued rent arrears plus all legal costs

with interest.

If necessary Court bailiffs will be

appointed to recover all debts.

Please note: I am now dealing with this matter personally

and the situation will be

resolved.

Kieron Grimes,

Property

Manager.
