Hi,

I've had some problems with Scottish Power.
They called me some months ago, and asked for a meter-reading.
Then, suddently, I had more than £800 in debt to them, even if I think that sounds to much.

So I suspect the meter-reading they called about, could be bogus.
Also since I didn't like the tone, of the young man calling, to be honest, it sounded on his voice that something could be wrong.

(I've had problems with 'mob'/'mafian' in Norway, which could also me linked with mob in Scotland, for all that I know).
Scottish Power stopped answering my e-mails after this, so I switched to E-on.

Scottish Power sent my debt to a number of comanies, even if I called the CCCS, and offered to pay a token-payment each month, since I'm unemployed, after advice from the CCCS.

On 27/10, I agreed on the phone, with Manish, from Scottish Power, that I would call them on 28/10, (customer-support), and arrange a payment-plan/token-payment agreement, on £5 a month.
I called and explained about this, on 28/10, and payed £5, (which I've also payed around a month later, another £5, one day late, since I was on a course on Monday).

Even so, Scottish Power, sent my debt to Commercial Credit Services, on 5/11, I was told by them, (by Florence there), on Thursday.
So I'm having a lot of problems with Scottish Power, so I wanted to please complain about all the mention problems, and I hope you can have a look at my e-mail and identify what they have done wrong, and investigate if the latest meter-reading, (when the young man from them called me), was wrong.
