like I’ve told you several times earlier.
I want this to be escalated to a superior.
(I want to know the name of internet-troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I want to know how you plan to improve, to avoid that something like this happens again).

I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I want to know which better routines, that you’re going to start with, to prevent this from happening again.
